Pulse programs are built specifically for youth athletes aged 10–18 who play football or other field and court sports. Whether you're just starting structured training or already competing at a representative level, there's a program designed for where you are right now.
Most programs require minimal equipment — a small amount of space, a resistance band, and access to a basic gym or open field. The 1-on-1 coaching program is fully tailored to whatever equipment you have available, so nothing is a barrier to getting started.
The Speed and Strength blocks are structured programs you follow at your own pace. 1-on-1 coaching means Jackson builds a fully personalised plan just for you, checks in weekly, reviews your progress, adjusts the program as you go, and is directly accessible throughout. It's the highest level of support we offer.
Programs are designed around 3–5 sessions per week depending on the block and your schedule. They're built to complement your existing sport training — not replace it. Jackson understands athletes are already training with their clubs and builds around that.
Each block is part of a progressive pathway. After completing Block 1 of the Speed or Strength track, you unlock Block 2 — and so on up to Block 3. Each phase builds on the last, so by the time you finish all three blocks you've completed a full 18-week performance pathway. You'll be retested at the end so you can see exactly how far you've come.
Absolutely. All Pulse programs are designed for both male and female youth athletes. Female athletes have specific physiological differences that affect how they should train — Jackson accounts for these in programming and coaching, not just follows a generic template.
